Quote Request
Your quote will include a minimum of three options based on the information gathered from the client inquiry form/questionnaire. With one destination you will receive up to (3) options.
I offer three revisions to this quote with 30 days of delivery of the initial quote. Please keep in mind vacation/package price can change during this time frame.
Any revisions or additional quotes after the 30 days are subject to a new fee.
Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 72 hours of receipt of the initial quote to lock in the given price by paying in full or placing a deposit or you could be forfeiting the quote request.
There is a $15- $25 non-refundable research fee for the destination of your choosing.
This fee is for our time researching, planning, negotiating and creating a customized vacation package for your needs.
Once the vacation deposit is made, you as our client will continue to receive our services such as us making reservations, keeping you up to date with your payment plans, all the way to checking to make sure all of your paperwork is up to date and submitted. Our services begin from the moment you book until you arrive safely home after your trip.
Delivery of Quote Cancellation Policy Quote Request
The client will receive a quote within 24-48 hours upon us receiving your completed $15-$25 research fee and completed booking inquiry form/questionnaire.
Keep in mind we will always reach out to you if any additional information is required. The client has 72 hours upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount in order to secure the services All prices are subject to change, until a deposit is made OR your vacation be paid in full.
