Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Goya seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
- Aluminum foil
Instructions:
- Prep the Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the Steak:
- In a bowl, season the steak pieces with onion powder, garlic powder, Goya seasoning, and steak seasoning. Or whatever seasoning you like
Season the Potatoes:
- In a separate bowl, season the potato pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Assemble the Foil Packs:
- Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil. Place an even amount of steak, potatoes, and broccoli in the center of each sheet.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the ingredients and seal the packs tightly to prevent any steam from escaping.
Cook:
- Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the potatoes are tender.
Add Cheese and Bacon Bits:
- Carefully open the foil packs Sprinkle shredded cheese over the broccoli and potatoes, then add bacon bits on top.
Serve:
- Let the cheese melt slightly before serving. Enjoy your steak, broccoli, and potato foil packs!
